Why healthy? Our bites are made with ingredients such as nut butters, nut flours, oats, flaxseed and chia seeds. Research suggests that these ingredients are beneficial in conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and obesity. Our bites are also low in calories, high in protein and do not contain any harmful additives or preservatives. We recommend that you eat them for breakfast, as a healthy snack or before or after your workout.

Why nuts? Nuts are a good source of protein, unsaturated fats, omega-3 fatty acids and fiber. Research suggests that eating nuts may lower your bad cholesterol and triglycerides, improve the health of the lining of your arteries and lower levels of inflammation linked to heart disease. In addition, eating a handful of nuts either before or with a meal, will give you more satiety, or a sense of feeling full and may delay hunger signals. Therefore, nuts are beneficial in weight management.

Why Bites? Our bites are surprisingly dense and fill you up. An important aspect of managing your weight is managing the way you think about food. Eating a bite that fills you up, makes you think you have eaten something small, and therefore there is no guilt.

Why Breakfast? Since it comes after the day’s longest period without food, a healthy breakfast jump-starts your day and influences metabolism more strongly than lunch or dinner. Research suggests that consuming most of your daily calories in the morning can also help with weight loss. We recommend a breakfast of 2 bites, cup of fruit and cup of your favorite beverage.
